Wildness and Wellness provide immersion in nature experiences, guiding you on a rich sensory and mindful journey in the outdoors of 2 hour, 1/2 and 1 day duration - see current events below

An ever increasing number of scientific studies have shown just how good nature is for us - 'the tonic of wildness' - for decreasing stress, fatigue, blood pressure and improving our general wellbeing.  There are now just as many studies showing the huge positive impacts of mindfulness on our health and overall wellbeing.  Mindfulness is mainstream and has huge benefits for all areas of our lives.  Simply, it means being in the present moment, paying attention to our experience in a non judgmental way.  Being in nature is the perfect place to enable us to do this.

Come along and try a 1 hour taster session with Clare at Celebrate Start Bay Day on 5th August at Stokeley Farm Shop. Two different times slots available: 2-3pm & 4-5pm £10 per session.  Booking essential.  In between these times I'll be on my stand by the Field Studies Council's stand just outside the cafe, I'd love you to come and say hello.

Friday Morning Mums' Club

- restarting September 14th   9:30 - 11:30am

A space for Mums to come and just be without their children in the special surroundings of Slapton National Nature Reserve. Ideal for getting ready for the weekend or school holidays.  Gift yourself the time to nourish and sustain yourself to enable you to give to others and be more joyfully present in your life. You will leave calmer, nurtured and more grounded.  No experience necessary, just come in comfy clothing for the outdoors and Clare will provide the rest.  Fridays 6th, 13th & 20th July.  Special introductory offer: £12 per session or £30 if you'd like to come for all three dates. Super Soothing Sundays

8-10am

Open to all, this is a soothing and fulfilling start to your Sunday, come and fully calm and relax yourself with mindful walking, engaging our senses in the outdoors and slow paced creative activities.  No experience necessary, just come in comfy clothing for the outdoors and Clare will provide the rest.
