Hello, I’m Clare Cremona a passionate Environmental Educator and Forest School Leader of 20+ years. My professional life has ranged from leading school groups in a wide variety of outdoor settings in the UK to designing and running eco-camps and adult courses in as diverse places as Poland and China, as well as writing educational natural history resources. I run a Wildlife Watch group for Devon Wildlife Trust.
I have had personal experience of dealing with chronic pain and long term illness, which led me more recently into the wonderful world of Mindfulness. Mindfulness gives powerful tools to deal with the pressures of the modern world; to find joy and laughter every day; and to deal positively with difficulty. I am enthusiastic about the beauty and healing power of nature and the power of connection with each other: we are not doing this thing called life alone. To encourage connection and be of service to others I write a blog called www.iwishyouwell.org and contribute to Psychologies magazine's Life Labs platform as well as being an Ambassador for Psychologies.
I love to connect with people in different ways, so as well as being available for blog writing I would also love to speak at your event. I am told I engage and inspire people with my own story that resonates and reflects many other people's experiences in life. Please do get in touch to discuss.
I am based in beautiful South Devon, UK, with my family and thoroughly enjoy being in the outdoors on my own and with others. I've also been powered solely by plants for 20 years, and love how that makes me feel.
